Adding a title to "A Propos" explaining "Why it is only web-app?"

I searched but couldn't find until @Laem contacted that he well explained in #606. I suggest adding a title to A propos explaining why in mid term we do not plan to go with applications but stick on webapp.

A suggestion text:

Maintaining separate codebases for Android, iOS, and the web is inefficient and costly. While solutions exist to streamline development, they still demand managing multiple repositories.

App store publishing remains a significant challenge, due to technical limitations, high fees (e.g., 30% commission by Apple and Google), and unpredictable rejections (e.g., Google blocking app releases).

The web emerges as a more practical alternative: it is universally accessible, free from store restrictions, and supports incremental updates. As a result, the focus has shifted toward web development, prioritizing efficiency and reduced risk.
