Meilleure barre vertical sur bureau

J'ai implémenté une première version de cette barre mais elle est ultra-basique, vide. Elle pourrait accueillir des vignettes des lieux consultés récemment, les boutons qui sont (trop) à droite, avoir un bouton pour la réduire mieux implémenté, etc.

Buttons where slightly moved further from the border in !1474
A new permanent Panoramax button was added. Map styles and favorites icons where reworked to be simpler and more explicit.

🇬🇧 Make the drawing panel button permanent on desktop, where it's most useful (Terradraw isn't perfect on mobile yet)
Icon redesigned :
On desktop, buttons have been moved from the right (still are on mobile) to the left on desktop. The sidebar is hence starting to look like something more usefull.
Also, when the user folded the sidebar (to see the map fully), clicking on a place will unfold it like it does on mobile, using the same function calls (but it's not finished yet, see #1557).
