Deploy our own Overpass instance

We could also study the possibility of an Overpass instance in-house. To make requests faster, Overpass is a central piece of Cartes.

But the Overpass instance would need to be constantly (at least hourly) updated. Does it source itself from a planet.osm.pbf that we could keep updated and would be helpful for other purposes ?
