Accessibility

We haven't yet spend much time on accessibility. All the HTML code here must obviously use semantic and good practices of the Web, but accessibility often requires additional work.

In particular, Cartes.app is a map application, and maps are inherently inaccessible, since they are drawn on a canvas instead of explained with text.

We have started an automatic retranscription of the map on the content block, but it is basic, using only the cities and rivers on the map. We could go much further, but would it help ?

We might get help from NLnet for this.
