[i18n] add spanish localization

for locales/es/messages.po, I copied locales/en/messages.po, and I partly relied on VSCode Copilot for the translation.
Flag: as a flag is required in the UX, I used the Spanish flag, because cartes.app is focused on France and maybe Europe... So, I guess it makes sense to assume people who want to use Spanish will be Spanish people.
